    General information about submitting pieces for Valley Calligraphy Guild show at Mt. Angel

    Sales There will be a 15% commission on sales paid to Mt Angel Abbey Library. The staff at the library will collection and pickup preferences for sold pieces. They will fill out paperwork give money to the artist and the artist will be responsible (or giving the library their commission.

    Preparation of Pieces All pieces must be covered with glass or Plexiglass (please indicate which you have used). Art must be framed with a picture wire hanging system

    Labeling Use label forms found at to label
    (1) back of each art piece,
    (2) the outside of packaging,
    (3) to send to Anne Meredith 3866 Kevington Ave. Eugene. OR 97405 or you can email the last to Please put “Mt Angel show" in subject. When emailing, include the following:

    Your Name, Address, Phone, Email, Title (of piece), Materials, Size (width x height), Price or NFS (not for sale) and Insurance Value, Pick-up choice.

    When you e-mail your label information, you should receive a reply within a week. If you do not receive a reply please resubmit your e-mail.

    Drop Off Anne Merydith is drop-off person in Eugene. (Members living outside of Eugene will have to make arrangements to deliver art to Mt Angel Abbey Library on or before the day of hanging.

    Drop-off deadline at Anne's is April 29, 2015.

    Pick Up Anne Meredith is pick up point in Eugene. (Members living outside of Eugene will need to make arrangements to retrieve art from Mt. Angel Abbey Library the morning of the takedown day.
